We provide repair, diagnostic, maintenance, and installation services for home computing networks, entertainment systems, home appliances, small engines, and related equipment. Services may be performed in-home, on-site, or through pickup and drop-off arrangements.
All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

4. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided through our website, email, phone, or in person are non-binding and subject to change upon physical inspection or further diagnostic work. Final pricing will be confirmed whenever reasonably possible before work begins. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues are discovered.
5. Deposits
Deposits may be required for large installations, special-order parts, or extensive repair work. Deposits are applied toward the final invoice. Deposits may be non-refundable if:
- Parts or materials have already been ordered
- Work has already begun
- Custom or special-order items are involved
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods listed on our website or invoice. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees, collection efforts, or legal action.
7. Scheduling and Access
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Customers must provide safe, reasonable, and timely access to equipment and work areas. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, weather, unsafe working conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or no-show fee when appointments are missed without notice.
9. Limited Labor Warranty
We provide a 30-day limited warranty on labor only for services performed by G. Snyder Service and Repair LLC.
This warranty:
- Covers defects in workmanship directly related to the original repair
- Does not cover new or unrelated issues
- Does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, environmental damage, power surges, improper installation by others, or normal wear and tear
- Does not cover customer-supplied parts or equipment
Warranty service must be requested within 30 days of the original service date.
10. Parts and Manufacturer Warranties
All parts are subject to the warranty policies of the manufacturer. Any warranty on parts is solely determined by the manufacturer and is handled at their discretion. G. Snyder Service and Repair LLC does not provide additional warranties on parts unless explicitly stated in writing.
Customers are responsible for:
- Shipping or handling costs associated with manufacturer warranty claims
- Any labor required for warranty-related replacement unless otherwise agreed
11. Customer-Supplied Parts and Equipment
We may install or attempt to repair using parts or equipment supplied by the customer. By doing so, the customer acknowledges and agrees:
- No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts or equipment
- We are not responsible for compatibility, performance, or defects in such parts
- We are not responsible for damage caused by defective or incompatible customer-supplied parts
- Additional labor charges may apply if installation is unsuccessful or requires additional work
- Labor charges remain due regardless of the outcome
12. Data and Personal Property
Customers are responsible for backing up all data prior to service. We are not responsible for:
- Loss or corruption of data
- Loss of software, settings, or configurations
Customers must remove personal or sensitive items before service.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, G. Snyder Service and Repair LLC is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of income, business, or productivity
- Equipment downtime
- Delays due to parts availability or manufacturer issues
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
14. Independent Contractors and Employees
Services may be performed by qualified employees or subcontractors acting on behalf of G. Snyder Service and Repair LLC. All such individuals are authorized to perform work under the direction and standards of the Company.
15. Safety and Work Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a work environment is deemed unsafe, hazardous, or inappropriate.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of G. Snyder Service and Repair LLC and may not be used without written permission.
17. Privacy
